Guardian authorisation
A parent or guardian must authorise a learner account and supervise appropriate use based on the learner’s age.
Subject-restricted assistance
General questions and SMART chat are constrained to the learner’s registered Botswana curriculum subjects. Requests outside the educational context may be refused.
Safe uploads
Learners must not upload faces, identity documents, contact details, intimate material, bullying content or another person’s private information. Educational images should contain only the question or learning material needed.
Adult access
Parents and teachers may view only learners formally linked to their accounts. Administrators use role-controlled tools and auditable actions to manage the platform.
Reporting concerns
Immediately report unsafe content, suspected exploitation, bullying or unauthorised access to info@snugtech.org.bw or +267 78 767 017. Snugtech may restrict access while investigating.
